OG Limited promises to provide our customers with complete satisfaction and care by providing them our money-back guarantee on every single timepiece brought from us under certain conditions. It should be taken into account that every item must be returned in its ‘original’ condition, assuring that the protective adhesives, hangtags, and all the accessories are intact. It is suggested to not wear the watch unless you are convinced with the condition as keeping the worn watch scratchless, blemish-free, and not marred, even if it’s has been worn for a short time, is practically not proven. It must be cognizant that the product having any structural defects does not fall under warranty, and the company is assent to deduct the amount deemed to be reduced by the flaw, from the refunded amount in case of return.

Seven (7) Days Cancellation Period:

According to the Consumer Contract Regulations (CCR) 2013, the consumer has been given the right to cancel the contract to purchase within 7-days. However, the consumer is abode by the rule to securely and safely return the unwanted product at their own cost. The consumer must inform the seller about the cancellation within 7-days after ordering the goods. THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY ON BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Fourteen (14) Days Return Policy:

In case of using the Consumer Contract Regulation (CCR) 2013 right to cancel, the consumer is obliged to return the purchased goods within 14-days of the customer’s receipt of the product. The return of the product or any goods will be contingent on the following conditions. DOES NOT APPLY ON BESPOKE PRODUCTS.

  1. The product must be returned in its identical condition as received.
  2. The consumer will have to make sure before returning that the product should not be worn, altered, scratched, sized, or blemished. The product must be returned the way it was received i.e. in the original box along with documents. The protective tapes and hangtags should NOT be removed and the customer should be assured that all the parts are intact and not amended in any way
  3. All the Credits will be made in the same form as payment received.
  4. All the returns should be made using a traceable, insured, and reliable method within the UK, e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery. The return postage must be pre-paid and fully ensured the amount which is expected in credit – In case of any loss or damages, the customer will be liable.
  5. The company will not take any liability that occurred from the adjustments made by the third-party
  6. 3% charges will be deducted from the total credited amount in the account of restocking fees and the original postage and insurance charges. (Postal Charges: £14.95 for Royal Mail Special Delivery, – £40.00 for DHL International next Day Delivery)
  7. The restocking charges will be waived on the exchange made.
  8. All the credits will be issued within 5-days of receipt of the return.
  9. For all the returns outside the UK, kindly use Fed-X or DHL international priority.

It should be noted that the above-mentioned conditions do not alter or affect the customer’s rights to cancel the purchase under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 or their statutory rights which applies on the goods which have not been delivered as advertised or described.

As a being of the opinion, the conditions mentioned above are reasonable, fair, and simple in every mean. If for some reason the above-mentioned conditions cannot be met, the customer is recommended to call our service center for any further help. For this, you must call before and take authorization. You will be notified at the time of purchase if your product is a special customized order item and the above policy may not apply – in which case the sale made will be final and non-refundable unless proved out to be malfunctioned or misdescribed.

Faulty Goods:

In case of receiving goods which, in your opinion were not exactly as advertised (e.g. faulty or misdescribed) then you are requested to contact us as soon as possible to help us deal with the unwelcoming situation efficiently.
